Born out of the rich food cultures of Jamaica & the Caribbean, and over 15 years of the culinary research and development expertise of Chef Christian Chin, Miri & Jem Spicery looks to “the old ways” to create new disruptions to the ordinary with their spice blends to honey teas.
Artisanal. Joyful. Elegance. - this was the north star for Anansi Hayes Media in developing the look and feel of Miri & Jem. Everything from the typesetting to the woodcut icon inspired by Chin’s grandmother needed to feel as hand-crafted as their blends and honeys. The bayleaf icon is another nod to Miri & Jem’s Caribbean foundations.
